um just keep it clean and healthy dont straighten it or dye it and get it trimmed often to cut the dead ends off

There's not much you can do to make it grow a lot faster, but massaging your scalp with your fingertips promotes blood flow to the scalp and is said to stimulate hair growth. Make sure you use your fingertips, not just your nails. I do it in the shower when I wash my hair and at night after I brush it.
