I currently have long hair with a side part, but no layers or anything. I straighten my hair occasionally, but would be open to using a quick product/do something else on it in the morning. I have a hair appointment coming up and would like to try something different, keeping a long past the shoulder length, possibly layers or something of the like. Any ideas? It would really be great if I could see a picture too, to show my hairdresser and so I can visualize it.

i think that you should cut it up to your shoulders or shorter. it is so much easier to deal with. i had long hair AND i cut it off up to chin length. wen i wake up i barely have bed-head. it is also so much fun to do something dratic and see everybodys reactions. it is perfect timing because school is around the corner and everybody at school wll be giving you attention and freaking out about the way you look. IT IS SO AWESOME To do domething drastic!
