I want long hair as fast as possible?

i want my hair to be at the same level as my belly button right now it is about 4 1/2 inches past my collar bone. Any tips on making it healthier/ grow faster. Thanx for any advice in advance. Also how long will it take for me to grow it out that long?

btw: cutting your hair does not make it grow faster it just reduces split ends.

There are also vitamins that you can take for hair growth. when my wife was pregnant the pre-natal vitamins made her hair and fingernails grow much stronger quickly.
