That's simple, i can't explain how but if you go t your local hairdresser's and tell them what you just told us they will be able you help you. If this happen's again, tell them you are going to the paper's and you are going to sue them. Tell them this before they cut your hair. Hi, the only thing for long hair really is layers, and maybe you should think of some lo-lites too as this gives the illusion of shape and also enhances layers so they don't need to go too short. When you go to the hairdressers, take pictures of haircuts you like and some you don't so you can show them to the hairdresser. sometimes its very hard to get the same picture in your head as someone else....so pics are very helpful...Also a word to the wise...if your hairdresser leads you to the basin to wash your hair before a consultation, RUN!!!!....its very hard to see what somebodies hair does naturally when its wet.....Good luck, hope you find a good hairdresser, Also its been my experience that if i pay less than 鎷?0 for a cut and blow dry its been a very crap hair cut...and I'm a hairdresser!!!!!....Last haircut i had i paid 鎷?6 and left the shop and burst into tears...never had that problem when i have payed 鎷?5.....

ask for a combined cut where they split your hair into two sections, so part it all off around the ear line then clip the section below the ear line out of the way then have the top section cut into choppy layers (you can go as short as you dare with the layers cos u still hav the length in the bottom section) then the bottom section is neatly trimmed for clean finish. the layers add lots of volume to the top and bottom section keeps the length!
